• A meeting with you, ideally at your premises, to gain an understanding of your current finance function and its objectives and resources. At the same time we would be keen to gain an understanding of your business objectives, your corporate culture and your industry environment
• On the basis of the meeting, if appropriate, we would put forward our outsourcing proposal clearly detailing the benefits which would accrue to you and the benchmarks to which we would work
• Once we had agreed or modified the proposal we would suggest a datal plan for implementation
• From the outset we would have progress reviews built in
